<p>I took and investment policy with old mutual earlier this year. I decided to cancel the polity two weeks before the next debit order last month. I requested that they ensure that the debit order does not go through because they said it would take 10 to 15 days. Unfortunately they told me after a week that there are outstanding requirements. I called again to make sure they don't debit my account, they said even if they did the money would be included in my payout. I just received a notification of the payment they made, the last debit order amount is not inclused in the money paid out to me. Not only that, I was paid way less than what was sitting in my fund. I feel ******, cheated and **** to. This has caused financial constrains as I was not planning to part ways with the money they took. I'm very disgusted with this!</p>
