Letter of cancellation ( cession )

<p>Old Mutual Administrator told me that Bifco falls under INVESTEC BANK. <br />I did approach Investec for the letter but Mr SANELE NKOSI the Administrator told me that they cant trace any information about me in their Sysem so they cant sign the INDEMNITY FORM or give me a letter of cancellation.</p> <p>Old Mutual asked me to make an AFFIDAVIT and send to them but to my surprise they still ask for the letter which Investec to sign Indemnitt form because of no information about me. Please HELP me to solve this problem so that old mutual can make payment. ( INVESTEC: ***) and ( OLD MUTUAL: ***).</p>
