Lemo mall cleaner
Dissapointed we make consolidated complain about cleaner who gave us attitude and she dont even bother she uses phone in front of us And they say we must make email individual are they scared of that cleaner or that company old mutual will loose client because of her we even attached pictures such a bad response we will do emails individual hope tou will see how serious we are
U cant discipline simple cleaner or move her to other branch if they bring problem to your branch

02 Feb 2022, 20:54Thats what they said to my colleague they called her and she told them after few days they say we must all send emails so we wonder are they scared of that company of cleaners while they gonna loose clients because of her and bad part is branch staff (old mutual staff are friendly)
