Legal action

Old mutual had paid out the incorrect amount into my husbands bank account for his pension fund. They had not sent out any statements informing us how much will be paid. They then contacted us after more than a year saying the amount paid was not correct. They handed us over to an attorney for their mistake and we have to pay costs to this attorney. They failed to provide statements and assist. This is very poor service. the attorney is now threatening me with legal action and still also fails to provide statements
