Left hanging after loan application
Good Day,
I am looking to follow up on a pending loan application, it was meant to be finalised on the 26th of October; however the consultant who was assisting me had mentioned that their system was running slow and they would phone me back in the morning on the 27th of October- she advised that I should have all the relevant documentation ready, but has not made any contact with me thus far today
