LEAVING OLD MUTUAL TO BETTER AND CARING COMPANIES

I missed payment for my old mutual group scheme's funeral cover for only a month, the following month there was money in my account old mutual didn't deduct. I then received a message stating I should keep money in my account they will deduct within 3days. there've been more than enough funds in my account since then, still not deducted. I've been calling their contact centre with no answer numerous times on different days. I don't blame people leaving old mutual, they don't care and so useless. I never claimed from them I'm worried already for when the time comes. I need to move my policy over to better companies than this.
