Leave Old Mutual as soon as you can. My experiences over the last ten years have been horrid. Not once but every occasion They also dont need our business. So I will encourage everyone I ever meet in my life to never sign up for one product. From the lackluster service to the indifferent staff, from admin to supervisors they were all vrot and disgusting. Each time we needed to lodge any claim no one was available or on leave. Then when I moved my RA they actually charged over 10 000 rand for leaving them. They didn't even enquire why. It was literally because of the automated robotic service they have ever offered. They are not to be trusted too. They employ sub par service providers and expect you to be satisfied. LEAVING OLD MUTUAL IS LIKE LETTING GO OF A DECADE LONG ****. A RELIEF. THERE IS BETTER OUT THERE AND I AM EXPERIENCING IT. WE MOVED ALL OUR R.A'S , WEALTH MANAGEMENT AND INSURANCE AND YOU CAN DO. ONCE YOU PICK THE SUPERIOR OPTIONS OUT THERE THEY EVEN HELP YOU TO LEAVE OLD MUTUAL. GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD *******.
