Lazy to check the paper work

I.am an existing Old mutual and feel that old mutual has failed me,I have transfer the money to them laat year October abd sent the proof of payment.Also in December last year.The kept on telling me that my policy is jn 4 months arrears.How possible is that?I have sent all the bank statement to them.Can Old mutual please hire the person whose not lazy to do their job and check everything

Thanks Colleen,now am resending all the proof of payments to Old Mutual and am also trying to call them but they are not answering the phones.Am using my money for petrol and airtime for no success.
