laughed at for querying
Was called regarding my investment. Had earned less than 3% in 3yrs 2 months. When i got annoyed about it he thought it was funny and laughed at me. Manager (surprise surprise) not available. Refused to repeat name. Put me through to customer services. No one answered there, remained on hold for 15minutes waiting.
