Late Resignation and Pension payout

Im an ex employee with old mutual and my resgning with them has been hell it took me like two months to procesa the resgination i sent in an resignation letter on the 05/09/2017 but my resignation only went through in november i called asking about my pension fund and was told it wasnt processed yet i will only be probably recieveing my payout in mid december or end of december im so much in debts as i dont wrk anymore i was hoping my money will be payed out end of november so o will be able to payout some of my debts because im unemployed right now but these people will be taking approximatly 4 months to process everything for me its really incovienent for me. I really never wanted to this as i always wanted to leave on a good note they have been really hard to work with so im now complaining because its my only option please help me so theyll speed up my payment please.
