Late payment of withdrawal

On the 19th of July i made withdrawal on my savings with Old Mutual ,the reference is CEB*** ,only on the 25/07/2024 system was sent to me that my withdrawal has been processed it will take 3-5 days to be paid , from the 19th of July I understand the weekend it's not counted but 22nd to the 25th of July 2024 what was happening?today the 26th of July is day five ,I would have not done the withdrawal fun there is an urgent reason for it. Old Mutual is not transparent in some of their products that they offer the clients. I'm desperately urgently need thi money
