Late Jugroo Ramthoola ***

i have lost my husband on the 04.03.2021,due to natural causes. i have been fighting for his insurance to pay out over 3months now, everytime i check what is the delay i am told its with the accessor and than when i receive feed back i am told to complete more forms more doctors report. My question is at the time of taking out the insurance we were told payout within 48hours and here i am still waiting. i have not received any feed back if i dont ask, my husband died of natural cause and here they want to know his medical from 2015 how is that now effective on the policy. these monies are for my kids living i am barley making ends meet ans now i got to wait for something that is mine. there is no urgency in what is needed and they dont realise how their actions are affecting our lives. my childrens schools will not release their report due to no paymnet, this monies is for their education. if this matter is not seen to and resolved at it's soonest i will be going to the local news channels.
