Late estate account

The service from Evaton mall( vaal) the front desk lady does not know anything same applies too her colleagues, I needed and still need help with my dad's late estate account ( investment account) which was opened 33 years ago, I still havent buried my dad, it's 3 weeks now trying to get funds out off this investment account to do what's needed, they asking me more about why I didn't cover my dad under a funeral cover or something and the lady at the desk even asked to me straight that myb it's a sign and must go to a sangoma to check why the funds doesn't want to come out, she even called another lady to confirm that I should see a sangoma and it... then I used another branch, Gaundi Square then a guy did try to help with the documents required to touch the profile and linking them( my late dad and I account) since I didn't have an account with old mutual I had to open one, so that the funds can be sent faster etc. The guy told me straight " it better I opened an account which will count to his daily target of 5 new accounts,regardless I use another branch " my query started at that branch, days went by , 5 days to be spot on, 6th day I had to go back and ask, still nothing regarding the funds, then got another reference which asked me to wait for another 5 days which was supposed to end yesterday, then had to go again for queries based on the funds, no one calls nothing, references and saying recalculating, my question is, what you calculating that needs 3 weeks for it to be done? No branch level guys can answer, all they say is, " it's sitting with back office and the very same sms you have is what we see too"

Clients be careful, I wanted to invest long term too but after this it's a NO !!!!!!!!!!!!! CLOSING MY ACCOUNT TOO!!!!!
