LATE DEATH CLAIM

I have a problem my sister death claim which I m not happy with old mutual I m always calling old mutual sending emails regarding the claims but there not processing anything and is very painfully because the deceased has two children with there are left with my mother and she is a pensioner the employer send everything to them but there are not processing the payment kindly assist ref number R005049D
