Last year we found that old mutual has been deducting from my husband's persal number and we visited the nearest branch and was told he only insured himself with the amount of 300 no spouse to r children,fone we cancelled but asking when and where did the agreement took place but we were told its not showing. Last week we find out again that since January this year same thing has happened and only one child was covered,now I asked myself if their branches cannot assist to tell who ia busy capturing false information and use people's persal number why do they have computer's if they cannot disclose their staff and issue agreement letters to the customer's when requested...Bad and too much *****
