Lapsed policy whilst payed

I have requested premium holiday on my policies starting April 2023 to my surprise one of my policies 69253P*** lapsed during the that period & I have made payment on it as I was adviced during my visit at Ga-Rankuwa client service in June & have also payed in July. I called the call centre & visited another branch in Pretoria CBD Cnr Madiba & Thabo Sehume. During my calls & contacts I was promised that the policy will be reinstated but to date when I contact them they are still busy fixing which is now over a month.
