Lapsed my policy just before premium payback
Old mutual is a ****. I have 2 policies with them , they just tell me my policy lapsed without reasons. It can't be due to missed premiums because they are saying they automatically used my premiums holidays. Funny part is I'm due for premium payback and there they go and lapse my policy. Also what's funny is that according to their agent it lapsed last year July and yet they have been debiting my account. Can someone who speaks sense with facts sort out this

15 Jun 2023, 13:44We here yet again, after I was told by Coleen that my policies were brought up to date and payment holiday app****, I get an sms that I am owing from Dec??? Old mutual will do anything not pay what is due to me, April 2023 I did an eft, 10 may 2023 they debited. Should I cancel my policies with you? Am I being ****med here?
