Lapsed life cover
I would like to state how totally appalled and frustrated I am with Old Mutual and the way they have handled this situation.i can't really recall when I took up the life cover with old mutual green light, but it's more than 10 years, only to find out it lapsed this year and I was not made aware of this, until I went to enquirie at 1 of the branches which is when I was told it will not be reviewed or revived. What makes it worse is that about 3 years ago I added on a funeral cover for my gran which has also lapsed along with the life cover. I will not be recommending this company to anyone because I feel ********** all the money I have paid in the past decade

09 Jun 2021, 22:00When I tried to enquirie I was told that it had already been revived twice, granted that, but I have kept it up to date for more than 5 to 7 years do I still get no grace, and worse my grandmother's funeral cover was taken separately why has that also lapsed.
