Laps green light policy without my knowledge as is deducting from my payslip

Good day my name is Mashudu am very angry with Old Mutual green light policy , am paying a policy even now in my payslip is deducting even recent one someone just call and tell me my life policy laps after 18years paying it without any problem even my recent payslip of February 2022 it deducted from my payslip in these case noone advise me or call me in time regarding this issue how do i handle it, I used to have a financial advisor suddenly the person who call me told she is replacing her and informing me my policy laps am disappointed because even my financial adviser when she left old mutual i didn't get any update with my new financial advicer ... these new lady who call told me straight am waisting my time by complaining noone will assit i must just join a new life cover how can she say these to me after 18 years paying for these life cover.... am really disappointed by Old mutual financial advisor,, am looking forward for these matter to be resolved ....
