LAKE OF ACCOUNTABILITY

I've canceled a policy since March 2024 but even to date it's still deducting into my payslip . I've been in and out of their branch(Katlehong) hoping to get assistance but no success . And a consultant by the name of Nhlamulo did try hard to assist but he said they no longer giving feedback on the system and on the month of October they did not refund me . I haven't had any problem with Old Mutual but now they are punishing me because every now and then must go enquire why they are still making deduction on a canceled policy and why not getting refund ?
