Lack of service or urgency!

No sense of urgency whatsoever. I arrived at the door, told the consultant there what I came here for and she instructed me to sit down, without handing me a ticket or an explanation on what will happen next.

Consultants are roaming around the branch, leaving their work stations unattended and without any clients being served, while we (the customers) keep looking at the screen that continues to call ticket numbers to certain booths but none of us have tickets in our hands.

The lady we found at the door who keeps instructing us to sit down was listening and responding to voice notes on her phone, as if it was a Friday, while it's still a Tuesday.

The consultants roaming around are extremely polite. They greet as they pass by but their friendly smiles add to my frustration. I feel as if a friend is stabbing me in back while smiling with me.

I spent a whole 40 minutes of sitting around, waiting for something I'm not sure of.
