Lack of Service and Innovation

I am so disappointed in old mutual. <br> <br> I have a max investment with them that went paid up. This is after I have requested numerous times that the arrear premiums be deducted on this policy ahead of time. The premiums were finally collected by OM however the policy still went into paid up status which is mind boggling. I won't even talk about their call centre. I was taken from pillar to post and got no assistance whatsoever. There are way better services and more innovative products out there and doubt why I should stay with a company that collects premiums successfully and can't keep the policy active. Total nonsense
