Lack of service
I sent an email to Old mutual on the 13th of June 2025 requesting assistance with terminating my life cover and havent received any feedback or communication to date.
I have done numerous follow ups weekly and still nothing.
The only communication i receive is when my premium is due for an increase.

24 Jul 2025, 18:08How typical, this just goes to show that my emails are just being ignored , a bad review gets rep**** to within 10 minutes and an email just gets ignored because its not in th public eye.
