LACK OF SERVICE

I put in a claim 13 months ago to Old Mutual. I was told it would take 12 months (which is ridiculous in itself). I have called several times and I get no feedback other than an escalation will be lodged and someone will call me. Well that has never happened.

I am applaud at the lack of service I have received from Old Mutual
