Lack of response and payment on an educational plan
I have been trying to contact old mutual on status for my payout on the educational plan, they only responded once buy email. I don't know if they are not aware its school registration time. I also tried to use their app, its very much useless. They don't have a live chat on the app. I am really disappointed.
