lack of response

Despite having been given two tracking no's ie CCC***8 and more recently CCC***7, I am yet to receive a satisfactory answer to my enquiry. This has been going on for more than a month already.<br> In essence I would like to know on what basis was a calculation on a sum of money paid to me done as well as effective from which date and based on the capital amount involved?<br> <br>
