Lack of proper service

Hello<br> <br> Old mutual to me seemed like a proper place to take up my family cover,I took it at the greenecers branch,wich they were lovely about any and everything I had to querry on numorous occassions,then came a time I moved and the closest branch to me being the one in govan mbeki,the ladies there are rude,the receptionit just plain out ignores you,the consultants first want to finish their chats before helping customers,its annoying to walk into a brach and just have two customers,and only be helped an hour later,I wouldnt recomend that branch to anyone,<br> <br> On top of that my policy had lapsed,and I was inly told this after going to check how things are,now why was old mutual taking my money if the policy had lapsed months ago and I had been trying to catch up,and what happened to the promise to contact me via email or phone if something was going on with my account,and I had no grace period offers,I asked about getting my money back as I had not claimed,and was told old mutual wasnt a stokvel...
