Lack of Knowledge
Im on the old mutual rewards program and wanted to redeem my points at Total Garage. I went to 3 different Total petrol stations in Mitchell's Plain and non of them knew about Old mutual rewards. So i couldn't redeem my points. Please educate your reward partners about your services.
