Lack of Knowledge

Attended Old Mutual Newcastle Scott Street for claim related queries, issued documents to fill in & return. Went to another branch Newcastle Mall to return the claim documents, staff were not sure what document we were returning, so they had to make a call to find out without informing me while I wait, so I went to another Branch, same scenario, not sure where & how to send the documents to. 3rd time, we were helped by another consulted who revealed more policies of which first time we were not informed. To all consultants that were helping us, all showed a \lost & confused"emotions. This is a disgusting lack of knowledge from Old Mutual staff in their branches. To date"
