lack of communication

I've being with old mutual for the past 5 years. There has being no financial adviser that had contacted me with regards to my policies for more than a year. to my amazement I printed a statement and my life cover for my mum has not gone thru for the past 3 months. .I was not notified about the policy being lapsed or any communication with old mutual. I want answers!!!!!. i didn't waste my tym paying n for not being informed. if I do not get answers n I demand my policy be reinstated or im takin matters further with my attorney
