Lack of client protection and support
1 Star? Where is the negative star rating? Today an amount was debited from my account by an unknown company, Old Mutual money responce "Not our problem get them to reverse it, fill out ***** forms and wait and see........but its your responsibility to sort out." How is this assisting YOUR client? OM is passing the buck and of NO help at all! I am YOUR client, your job is to protect OUR money and if you are not, should you be trusted?

As stated I DO NOT know who this company is and I am NOT going to go searching for them, as soon as debit was done I made contact, being told 'its not OM problem" only leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will NOT be completing forms and requests, will lay a charge against said company and OM for ***** of needs be. PLEASE resolve
