lack of assistance

I was called by a old mutual sales person to offer me more products on my portfolio .

I mistakenly sent them an ewallet as they were using a cell phone and they soon after that withdrew the amount.

I have been calling old mutual for assistance and no one is available to assist and the sales person is not taking my calls.

incredibly disappointed that there is still a company without migrated systems so any agent can log on to my profile and advised who i spoke to.

This is stressful especially on a month as bad as Jan.
