Lack Integrity, customer regrets being with them!!

I cancelled a Policy with Old Mutual that was suppose to take 10 days to pay out. <br> days went by and it's been 15 days and they keep telling me to wait for 5 days. I was suppose to pay of my tuition with that money but now i have been handed over to credit breuer which puts me in line to be black listed. The call center agents do not care and always come up up with different information when ever you call the company.<br> <br> Their Staff isn't well trained as they all have different ways of saying the same thing. all the company had to pay me out was R4000.00 which is about $300 but they still couldn't do that. <br> <br> If i had the money, i would sue them or take them to court but am only me and money is an obstacle for me.<br> The Call center manager/team lead Nombulelo Silingile was very unprofessional and so was her juniors. <br> <br> Old mutual has been nothing but a dark cloud in my life and i wouldn't encourage anyone to invest with them. they are unreliable to a very large extent.
