I would like to lodge a complaint against Old Mutual Superfund death Claims.

Apparently, we lost our dear Mother last year January 2021. April the 14th 2022, her Employer sent an email to ***. Out of curiosity... I called in on the 21st April 2022 09:57 and again at 11:11 just do a follow up and to my surprise, I was told that there's no trace of the submitted documents and was asked for an automated reference number which was supposed to be obtained by the employer immediately after sending the email. Something I have no knowledge of, which she did not receive herself! I'm so devastated and don't know what to do anymore.
