Keeping My Money for interest

Hi, I have resigned from Nedbank and my last day being the end of March 2015. I have constantly quering the progress of my payout of the provident fund of which i keep getting told that it is at step 1.. <br> it has been at step 1 for the past 4 weeks and each time i call the consultant advises that they cant understand why it is stuck there and that they will escalate the issue and i should call back... no- one offers to call me back and provide postive feedback. at this stage i am starting to believe that it will take a year to pay my funds that is belonging to me as old mutual wants to cash in on the interest for as long as they can. <br> <br> the service is patatic to say the least, quick to debit and take your money, but will drag on to give it back. <br> <br> I want some very urgent response to this and a resolution and payout before the end of this week.
