Keeping my money against my wishes

<p>ive been employed at a school and was paid by the school. Money was deducted for an old mutual provident fund. </p> <p>Then last year oct my employment was terminated as I got employed by the department of education. </p> <p>I completed all the nessesary documents and it was send to old mutual in October 2016.</p> <p>i am still waiting. </p> <p>There excuses are pathetic and not based on anything legal. First they said the new law is in place that prevents them from paying the money. I told them the law is not implemented yet. Then they have the excuse that I still work on the same premises so they cannot pay it???? What the heck???</p> <p> </p>
