I've been paying policies since 2014... now that I'm pregnant and want to take premium holiday while on maternity. They tell me I'm behind in payments. No one ever called me to inform me of this. I'm just sick to my gut. Where's the after service? What if I needed to claim? My policies are to be debited every month. How did I miss payments?????? *** upset really

This is what I am referring to. I am trying to get help and no one has called me??????????????????????? What if my policies laps????????????? I've been paying these policies for years. Can someone call me with a solution. Someone who can actually make decisions. This is not on its so bad really
