Unathi from Randfontein Old mutual brand gave me a bad service as she didn't want to assist me regarding my query for withdrawing my provident fund as well as educational policy for my daughter. She told me to go to home affairs and apply for a new Identity document as mine couldn't be scanned however the same identity document was approved and fica took part and everything was captured and processed but yesterday it became an issue for them to help me and she did not want to provide me with her employee number or call in her manager for further assistance. I'm extremely unhappy and upset with old mutual employee bad service and immature lack of product knowledge. I want my funds withdrawn and I won't be using them again.
