So for many years I was an old mutual client till I hit a financial glitch . I eventually sorted out my mess tried to revive my policy and they sent me back and forth and eventually I was told I can't revive it the time has lapsed. The fact that I had texts and proof that I went to branch before hand did not matter. They stood by the words of their employee and what I said did not matter. I was told I wanted revive because I have a potential claim despite the fact that I disclosed my condition in 2016 and I was willing to pay the difference.
