Assured my of the steps and timelines, and said between 8or9 days I will receive my payout.<br> <br> On day 8 I called again after emailing, just to find ****r on leave. Yon manned his desk. He said the claim is stuckmin finance because of a 12c variance. He assured me it wiuld be finalized yesterday. Needless to say it has still not been done.<br> <br> Today Yon did not take any of my calls, I spoke to another CSA who politely told me to f*ck off as he does not care whether OM f*cked up. I should just p*ss off.<br> <br> After 10 calls I got hold of Yon who promised to get back to me in 10minutes.<br> <br> Its been 6 hours.<br> Numerous international calls - 500USD<br> Skyhigh bloodpressure.<br> <br> Not a word from OLD MUTUAL.<br> <br> Or should I say OLD ********TERS?
