JUDGMENT ON MY NAME

I was at the Old Mutual Branch in Eesterivier first time spoke to a lady for making payment arrangement for the loan I'm owing ,she refused to assist me as she told me the amount I am willing to pay is little.Today I went again to the branch in Eesterivier regarding my loan that I have with them. I wanted to make arrangements to pay the loan as it has a judgement on my name, and its affecting me I cant get any job because of that judgment. I spoke to Athini Wathu at one of the Legal Department at Old Mutual. He was not helpful at all. I explain to him what is happening regarding this loan,as I want to pay it. But its blocking me to get any job. He told me there's nothing he can do I need to pay the account in order for the judgment to be removed. What do I do in this case as I am unemployed. I want to pay this loan.
