Judgement?

I am in dismay with how OMF has been threatening me with a judgement against my name this entire week after I submitted a retrenchment claim to your head office on Saturday through the Promenade Branch. I am no longer working and I placed a claim for the existing account that I have with you however you have attempted to debit my account even though I have notified you people that I am still looking for work after you have been debiting my account month to month R330 for insurance in cases such as this.<br> <br> I finally called your dept and was transferred to someone who promised that that the ONE lady who deals with retrenchment claims was on lunch and she would call me back and this was lunch time and have not received a call yet from you people. I obviously need to be attended immediately as you stated in your SMS that you are ready to put me up for judgement.
