Jeremy Titus (Old Mutual Financial Advisor) - Worst experience of my life!

I had a Tax Free savings at Old Mutual with Jeremy Titus. And this year in March I fully disinvested/cancelled. I was clear that I wanted to do so, so much that I sent Jeremy an email to make sure that he understood I don't want to withdraw money but disinvest and thereafter all he did was to send me documents, no explanation no words all he said in the email was that he agrees that we were both on the same page and that indeed My Investment was cancelled. Now on the 28th of May 2019 money was taken out of my account for the Tax-Free Plan and again Jeremy Titus does not explain anything all he sends me are documents and when I respond to him he is rude, patronising and shows no concern for my portfolio. He does not even write my name correctly on the email! I mean I just want to close this investment, get my money and go elsewhere with it,
