I’ve submitted a two pot withdrawal on the 2nd of March

I’ve submitted a two pot withdrawal on the 2nd of March. The status it’s not moving it’s just sitting at one place, I contacted old mutual and they told me they waiting for SARS confirmation; when I went to sars to find out what’s happening Sars gave me a confirmation that they finalised everything on their side in the 3rd. I’m not getting any joy from Oldmutual. The sad part is that my colleagues are ho have submitted their claims 3 days after mine already got their money. I understand the turn around time is 30 days but why is the status not moving
