I've joined old mutual around 2016 if I'm not mistaken. When I joined.. I was informes that will get certain percentage of money back when I actually reach 3 years.. I reached those years and when I went to their office.. I was told their system is off.. It was during that time of covid.. I went there three times to a point where I just got tired and decided to stop the funeral policy.. I was paying hundred and eighty something. I can share my personal details if need be
