I've claimed since the 5th of April but no pay out. I can't even afford a dignified funeral for my son coz they're not even intending on paying the policy

I really had a bad experience in claiming old mutual funeral policy. I don't know even jow I'll be able to pay for the funeral and had already made arrangements for the funeral but no pay out. I'm so stressed since my son passed away I've been struggling to claim since the 5th. Old mutual I don't think I'll come back after my payout. I totally had a bad experience and don't want to experience this should I have to claim aftet this
