I've been waiting for my refund for over 10 days while they have promised to refund me within 3 working days

It seems that the cancellation request was sent to Old Mutual Group Schemes which is another department within our structure. I have now processed your cancellations effective 01/08/2023.
Please note that due to the method of payment being a salary deduction we have no control over the premiums that will be deducted from your pay slip for 3 consecutive months. However, those premiums will be automatically refunded to your Standard bank account within 30 working days.
We have submitted your refund of premiums paid from November 2022 until June 2023. Payment will be released within three working days.Kind regardsLISALETHU DALA
