It's been over a month and i'm yet to receive our funeral claim payout

We submitted a funeral claim on the 4th February 2021 and to this date we are still waiting for the claim to be paid out. All the documents where submitted at your branch in Mamelodi (Tshwane Regional Mall). I made a follow up at your branch in PTA Central (Church street) and i was told that there is a technical error and i resubmitted all the documents again. A couple of days later i received an sms confirming that my claim will be paid, a week went by and i heard nothing from Old Mutual i again went to their branch at Tshwane Regional Mall to enquire they said i must provide them with my bank statement and i again did. All this was done 2 weeks ago and to date i still haven't heard or received the funeral claim payout. Why is Old Mutual's service so deteriorated like this. You guys don't seem to care about your clientele or is it because you have so many client's??? I will discourage every friend i have and family member against your company. So far i have convinced 5 people to cancel their policies with your company and i will continue to do it on a daily basis
