Its been over 4 mont...

Its been over 4 months trying to get old mutal to cancel a directive number they have submited with sars twice for investment payout that was done on my father.. They submited twice and now i can not declared my father returns not getting any luck with my broker who is on my profile as well my dad .. Not getting any feedback but to say matter was handed over to headoffice..
