ITC update and refund

On the 23 April, Kamaldien Ghaa**** sent me a settlement letter of R5 081. I paid R5 150 on the 26/05/2015, which is R69 more. And then on the 28 May, Siyabonga Ntshoko sent me a paid up letter, indicating as well that I am actually owed R1 067.86. Seven working days has passed, and now Nontsikelelo Boya tells me I owe them R63, and that they will close the account in 20 days. <br> <br> I don't understand how *********** these people are. Don't they leave comments on the account so that the next person can see what's going on. I extract the ITC REPORT DAILY hoping that it is updated, but nothing is updated. I pay R60 for this, but does Old Mutual care??? I was in this situation because I needed them, and I couldn't afford to pay, but I have paid now, the least they can do is update the status of ITC, AND REFUND me the R1 067.86 NOW!!!! I am not taking the 20 days story. 7 days has passed, and Im expecting a clean ITC REPORT PLUS MY REFUND. I have also given them my new banking details!!!
